Notes:
These mid-century modern chairs typically had a solid, dark fabric. I was looking for something to add color and personality to a neutral room and I liked the curves of this particular style chair. Painting the body in a coral color, paired with a turquoise and coral geometric patterned fabric, I achieved the look I wanted. My talented upholsterer took over from there, and what was once a drab looking chair now has a fun, island look!
