White Trunk

This trunk was purchased through a local “box” store. Although fairly generic in nature, it had a lot of sentimental value for the client’s brother, who was killed in Iraq. For many years, it remained at the foot of her bed, but it never felt like it "fit" into the decor of the beautiful red and white farm house bedroom. This is a perfect example of how lightening up a piece and, in this case, dry brushing the hardware, can transform a simple piece of furniture into something more unique and beautiful.
